How to Enable or Disable Overscroll in Photoshop
In today's lesson, we will teach you how to enable or disable Overscroll in Photoshop. Open the photo you need in Photoshop. If you want to enable the option click on Edit at the top menu bar. Select ‘Preferences - Tools’ from the list. Check Overscroll. Click ‘Ok’. Click on Edit at the top menu bar and select ‘Preferences - Tools’ from the list. Uncheck Overscroll. Click ‘Ok’. This will disable it.
