Hey Munchkins, What better way to have Bitter gourd that Pachadi. I love itttt but i do think its an acquired taste. Ingredients: **Pre-requisite 1. Cook ¼ Cup of Thuvaram paruppu [Yellow gram/Pigeon Peas] with ¼ spoon Manjal podi (Turmeric powder) and set it aside. 2. Puli Thanni – 1 small gooseberry sized Puli[Tamarind] and 1 spoon Uppu[Salt] soaked in water.** Other Ingredients: 1 – Pavakkai [Bitter gourd; chopped into bite sized pieces] 1 – Thakkali [Tomato; chopped] 5-6 – Chinna Vengayam [Small sized Onions] 1 arc – Karuveppilai [Curry leaves] 2-3 tbs – Thengai [Coconut, chopped into bote sized pieces] 2 spoons – Sambar Podi (Mistakenly mentioned as Chilli powder in video :/ ) ¼ spoon – Kadugu [Mustard] ¼ spoon – Ulutham paruppu [Skinned and split Black gram] 1 pinch – Perungayam [Asafoetida] Oil & Salt – As per taste Thank you for watching.
