Google Plus - https://plus.google.com/+Hyderabadwala Twitter - / hyderabadwalaa Instagram - / hyderabadwalarecipes Ingredients: For 5 to 6 servings Milk (full fat): 1 litre + ½ cup Sugar: 180 grams Custard powder: 3 ½ tablespoon Oranges: 2 Pomegranate: 1 whole Green grapes: ½ cup Cheeku (sapota): 2 whole Apple: 1 whole Bananas: 2 whole Proedure: 1. Boil milk. Add sugar and boil on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till the raw smell of sugar disappears. 2. Mix thoroughly 3 ½ tablespoons of custard powder in half a cup of milk having normal temperature. 3. Add this custard mix to the boiling milk while stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed. 4. Stir for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. 5. Make a thick consistency custard because the fruits that will be added later will leave the water. 6. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool. For chilled dessert, keep it in the refrigerator when the temperature comes down. 7. Get ready with pulp of de-seeded oranges, cheekus or sapota peeled, de-seeded and diced, seeds of a pomegranate, de-seeded and diced green grapes. 8. Peel and dice bananas and an apple just before serving. 9. When the custard milk cools down, add all the diced fruits. 10. Mix well and serve.
