(4 May 1998) T/I: 11:13:34 The OSCE ambassador to Albania visted the town of Qafe Morina on the border between Albania and Serbia and met refugees from Kosovo. Europe's Organization for Security and Cooperation is planning to set up a permanent post in north-eastern Albania after a series of violent incidents in the past few days in bordering Kosovo Province. Meanwhile, Albania's Prime Minister and Defense Minister visited the troubled site to assess the the troubles for themselves and to give moral support to the residents.
