Israel orders 1.1 million Palestinians to move to southern Gaza as military amasses tanks

As the Israel-Hamas conflict entered its seventh day, IDF unleashed a bombing campaign against Hamas. Dozens of fighter jets and helicopters attacked terrorist targets of Hamas throughout the Gaza Strip. Israel Defence Forces informed that the Air Force has dropped about 6,000 bombs against Hamas targets. Israel Air Force dropped 6,000 bombs and targeted 3,600 hideouts of the Hamas terrorist group in Gaza. As per health authorities, more than 1,500 people were killed including scores of children. Israel's public broadcaster Kan said the Israeli death toll had risen to more than 1,300. Amid bombardment, IDF asked Gazans to evacuate and move southwards of the Gaza Strip for their safety. Meanwhile, Palestinians in Gaza fear it could be a precursor to a planned Israeli ground offensive. War-hit Gaza is home to 2.3 million people of which 1.1 million Palestinians have been asked to relocate within 24 hours. As per the Hamas official, some 535 residential buildings had been destroyed leaving around 250,000 homeless.
