Dear book lovers, What did I read last month? Here you'll find out how many books I read and, of course, which ones. Were there any highlights or more flops? Sit back and enjoy my September reading review! I give honest reviews, regardless of whether it's a review copy from the publisher or not. I don't receive any payment for my reviews. #readingmonth #booktube #review #bookrecommendation #books Information about my star ratings: I always rate the books I read within the context of their genre and not according to their "literary merit." So, for example, a New Adult book might get 5 stars if the love story captivates me and it meets all the criteria of a good NA book for me, while a book that is more literary but didn't appeal to me might only get 3 stars. You can interpret the number of stars as follows: 5 stars - A highlight of my life or year, a book that will always be on my shelf and deeply touched me. 4.5 stars - A very, very good book - it just lacked that final spark to be a 5-star book. It will most likely remain on my shelf forever. 4 stars - A very good book. A few minor things bothered me, but the book entertained and moved me very well and will probably stay on my shelf. 3.5 stars - A good book with a few weaknesses. The style or storyline isn't quite right, or the ending wasn't satisfying enough for me. It might stay on my shelf. 3 stars - An average book. I can still recommend it. There's still plenty of room for improvement, only exceptions remain on my shelf. 2.5 stars - A book with major flaws, but something about it captivated me - will be removed. 2 stars - Just barely finished it, but it wasn't enjoyable to read, will be removed. 1.5 stars - A book I didn't like at all, one that is carelessly or poorly written, or whose content is bad in some way - naturally, it's removed. 1 star - abandoned the project; the star is for the effort involved in reading a book... or it just wasn't the right fit and will be given another chance later.
