Hi everyone! Thank you for joining me for today’s Jesus Time with Maureen video: PRAYER FOR OUR CHILDREN. Daily time with Jesus provides an opportunity for each of us to open our minds and our hearts to the Lord as together we explore the Scriptures. These Scripture reflections are taken from the daily Catholic Mass readings. As we pray with the Scriptures, we grow in our faith. We come to know God more intimately, develop a deeper more personal relationship with Him, and become more like Him. Today in the Gospel of John, it is made clear to us that Jesus wants us to have a relationship with His mother; He wants us to take her into our home. I think our hearts have enough love for both Jesus and Mary. One great way to get close to Mary is through the Rosary. We can go to her and ask her to pray for and with us. Today let’s pray one decade of the Rosary, the Presentation of our Lord, the 4th Joyful Mystery, for our children, our nieces and nephews, and for all of our future generations, that they may be blessed, lifted up, given all that they need to live good lives for the Lord, experiencing and sharing His love with others.
