🔥 🔥 HFS Opah Cut-Off 2018! 🔥 🔥 With opah season upon us and heavy landings of late, we thought it’d be the perfect time to have our two most veteran fish cutters: Ed and Larry face off. These two seafood industry legends put everything on the line for this event and despite the high-stakes competitive environment of the contest they both performed wonderfully and with a level of sportsmanship characteristic of celebrity role models.
