President Park Geun-hye says her administration will re-focus its efforts in 2015 on laying the groundwork for reunification with North Korea. In her New Year′s message released Wednesday, President Park pledged to end the 70-year-long conflict between the two Koreas.... and open a new era of reunification based on strong national security and by changing the North through trust. Domestically, the president stressed the most important task facing her administration right now is revitalizing the economy. She pledged to change basic economic fundamentals to do that.... and also promised to continue to address deep-rooted irregularities to create a safer society. Title: Search resumes for missing AirAsia Flight 8501 Now, moving onto the search for the missing AirAsia flight.... Rescuers have recovered a total of six bodies from the ill-fated passenger jet in the Java Sea near Borneo. The search continues,... but there′s now little hope of finding any survivors among the 1-hundred-62 people... who were on the plane when it disappeared on Sunday. Kim Min-ji has the details. The international hunt for AirAsia Flight 8501 resumed on Wednesday with search teams scouring the sea for more wreckage or bodies. Indonesia′s chief of search and rescue says SIX bodies, including that of a flight attendant,... have been recovered so far. He has also confirmed that debris discovered in waters off Borneo were from the missing plane. A plane door, an oxygen tank and one of the recovered bodies have been taken away for tests. Distraught relatives of victims broke down in tears as pictures of floating bodies and objects were broadcast live on Indonesian TV. The Indonesian president has ordered a massive search operation to find everyone that was on board the plane. AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes says support would be offered to the families and search teams will work for a "speedy conclusion."
