In Chapter 15, I talk about emotional styles and how they shape the way the unfaithful partner responds to stress, conflict, and emotional pain — often long before the betrayal ever happened. I explain that many unfaithful partners developed unhealthy emotional coping strategies earlier in life, such as suppressing emotions, disconnecting, rationalizing, or becoming defensive. These patterns don’t excuse the betrayal, but they do help explain how someone became emotionally disconnected from themselves and from the impact of their choices. When the unfaithful partner begins to understand their emotional style, they can finally start taking responsibility, healing old wounds, and learning how to respond with empathy instead of avoidance or self-protection. This chapter is about awareness, ownership, and the beginning of real internal change. #BetrayalTrauma #HealingAfterInfidelity #AffairRecovery #BetrayedPartner #UnfaithfulPartner #RebuildingTrust #BetrayalRecovery #NervousSystemHealing #TraumaInformedHealing #FightOrFlight #TraumaResponse #EmotionalRegulation #TraumaTriggers #RepairAfterBetrayal #PracticeNotPerfect #BreakingOldPatterns #EmotionalSafety #RelationshipRepair #AccountabilityInHealing #TryingVsPracticing #SnakeOrStick #TraumaEducation #BetrayalTriggers #HealingIsAProcess #BetrayalTraumaHealingMethod #HealingWithBeth #CoachBethFischer #TraumaRecoveryEducation Order your copy here: https://ontheothersideofpain.healingw...
