The Russian Defence Ministry has said it is ready for a humanitarian ceasefire at the Azovstal steel plant if Ukrainian soldiers surrender. Russia said it is prepared to stop firing and allow fighters and civilians at the Azovstal to leave the plant. Meanwhile, British PM Boris Johnson has said that it's a "realistic possibility" Russia may win the war in Ukraine.
