Sabudana idly || Sago idly || Without urad dal idly.. Preparation of sabudana idly : sabudana - 1/2 cup Idly rava - 1 cup curd - 2 cups Mix all the ingredients together with out adding salt.fermentise the batter for 8 to 10 hours. Next add salt and soda and mix well. Now take the idly cooker and pour water and place idly plates and cook for 12 min.same as normal idly v cook it. Now yummy yummy sago idly is ready .
