We continue to rationalize our actions that compromise our values and conveniently ignore the commandments because we have not truly repented for our sins. It is difficult to forgive and fully follow the commandment of love when we, ourselves, are not sincere in seeking God’s forgiveness. This is the 826th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.
