Steel plant fire burning 'out of control' in Sutter County, authorities say

Multiple fire agencies are working to put out a steel recovery plant is on fire just west of Yuba City, authorities said. The fire started on Saturday at the Empire Steel facility on North Township Road, the Sutter County Fire Department said. No structures are threatened by this fire, but authorities are warning people to avoid the area as roads are closed.
