H1Z1 cheater on Arctic Hell

This guy killed me once before,one shotting me with pistol,when i had new Tactical Helmet.This is my second encounter,i was in one of the villas near church.He killed my friend first,was looting him,and i jumped of the balcony,he was still in that villa,when i was far far ahead of him,so he just Teleported behind me,and killed me too.
