EPC Program Grand Rounds - Child and Adolescent Mental Health

On May 22, 2025, AHRQ hosted a Grand Rounds webinar presentation on findings from three AHRQ EPC reports on child and adolescent mental health, ADHD Diagnosis and Treatment in Children and Adolescents, Diagnosis and Management of Obsessive Compulsive Disorders in Children, and Management of Suicidal Thoughts and Behaviors in Youth. The researchers behind the three recent systematic reviews, Bradley Peterson, M.D., and Susanne Hempel, Ph.D., Gaelen Adam, M.L.I.S., M.P.H., Ph.D., and Dale Steele, M.D., M.S., and Leslie Sim, Ph.D., discussed their findings. Three discussants, April Joy Damian, Ph.D., Jennifer Poon, Ph.D., and Michelle Zabel, offered insights related to policy, practice, and research.
