Ingredients: 1 kg (1/2 lb) carrot 1 tbsp ghee 1/2 tsp cardamom seeds (roughly crushed) 1 cup full fat milk 14 oz (one can)condensed milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled) Some chopped nuts Notes: 1. You can use the leftover gajar halwa also for this recipe. Just blend or mash the halwa before adding to the whipped cream for a nice color. 2. For vegan option use vegan milk, butter and condensed milk. 3. You can substitute regular whipped cream with aquafaba too.
