John Abraham Sustains Head Injury on the Sets of 'Welcome Back'

John Abraham was recently injured while shooting for a fight sequence in Welcome Back. According to a report, a source said that an artist was supposed to hit John on his shoulder but mistakenly hit him on his head. The report further stated that John was in pain and a doctor was called on the sets. He also went to his personal doctor to ensure that there were no internal head injuries, the report concluded.
