The new Range Rover SV Serenity that I tested here is the most expensive way you can get this already luxury SUV. The new Range Rover has received a ton of new upgrades including a slightly redesigned exterior and a revamped interior. Not to mention, it's now available with a 3rd row. However, the Range Rover 2023 that I'm testing here has four seats. This new Range Rover SV is meant to be for those that like being driven instead of driving themselves.
