Time Trax 1x04 PTEN Promo NEXT WEEK (April 21,1993)

Local promo for the repeat airing of the 4th Episode of the 1st Season of The Warner Bros Television Series TimeTrax “Showdown” (originally aired February 15,1993) to reair on The PTEN (Prime Time Entertainment Network) Block Wednesday April 28,1993. This promo aired between commercial breaks during the repeat airing of the 3rd episode of the 1st Season of TimeTrax “Fire and Ice” (originally aired on February 8,1993) as well as the repeat airing of the 3rd Episode of the 1st Season of Kung Fu:The Legend Continues “Shadow Assassin” (which originally aired on February 3,1993) which aired on the PTEN Block Wednesday April 21,1993 on then United Television owned Independent KMSP 9 in Minneapolis/St Paul,Minnesota. KMSP would take the charter UPN Affiliation on January 16,1995 and shortly after PTEN became a syndicated service until October 27,1997. KMSP would lose its UPN owned and operated status shortly after its owner Chris Craft sold its 50% of UPN to Viacom in March 2000. Chris Craft would later be purchased by News Corporation (the then owners of 20th Century Fox Film Corporation as well as FOX Broadcasting) in August 2000 with the purchase being completed July 31,2001. The following year in September 2002 KMSP switched its affiliation from UPN to FOX while sister station WFTC 29 (now MyNetworkTV affiliate) switched its affiliation from FOX to UPN. KMSP has the Fox Affiliation as of today, shoutout to tvandmoviearchive for the footage since it came from a commercial break on KMSP 9 April 21,1993 *P.S Prime Time Entertainment Network was a syndication network block created by Warner Bros Television and Chris Craft Industries that launched January 20,1993. Many of the stations that carried PTEN were FOX Affiliates as well as independent stations some owned by United Television and others owned by Paramount Stations Group. Shortly after PTEN’s debut Chris Craft entered a partnership with Paramount Communications on October 27,1993 to form United Paramount Network aka UPN and Warner Bros Entertainment announced on November 2,1993 that they would form their own network called The WB as a joint venture with Tribune Broadcasting. PTEN was still carried on the station that took The WB Affiliation, as well as those that took The UPN Affiliation airing on nights where The WB and UPN didn’t have programming. PTEN would sign off on October 27,1997
