AlJ prepares to graduate high school five years after heart transplant

Five years ago, the City of Burlington congratulated Albert Jefferies on a successful heart transplant. In 2021, the young man will graduate from Cummings High School. AlJ will get his diploma, honoring the little girl who gave him a new chance at life all those years ago.
