THE BEST OF THE 1.8.3 META BUILDS: D3-FNC! The Division update 1.8.3 The other meta builds are super strong and it is only by a narrow margin that D3 wins it, but I do think D3 is crazy strong. I dont think any meta builds are "OP" right now, but nomad is a bit gamebreaking in the way that it allows users to run in recklessly when they have an extra life, plus there is no notifcation to enemies when a nomad has an extra life; which is a bit strange since all other abilities show the enemy when active!
