Introduction to Red Light Therapy with standard incandescent bulbs

Check out https://warminglight.com/ for some more information about red light therapy. Some people get into full saunas or large kits of lights right off the bat. I think it's wise to invest about $40 in a single 250w bulb and reflector. That way we can get a much better idea how this stuff works, while also introducing our body to it slowly. If someone is very depleted of nutrients, it's wise to start slow with it, or we can set ourselves back a bit as it allows us to heal. Here is a link to the single bulb https://amzn.to/3EZjqhu and here is the reflector https://amzn.to/3jL4Mzz and feel free to reach out if you are looking for better equipment. Here are a cheap pair of blue blockers I showed in the video(which are not currently available at the time of posting this) https://amzn.to/2X0VPIF BluBlox has some stylish high quality glasses https://bit.ly/38hGVlz (-- help support my work with this link :) Dr. Jack Kruse is the gentlemen I mentioned in the video. He is a genius with a wealth of knowledge about life, health and just mind blowing information. Look up some of his talks on YouTube.
