Retired NKY police officer accused of stalking man after making unwanted sexual advances

PENDLETON COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) - A retired local police officer is in jail, accused of stalking a young man after making unwanted sexual advances. The new charges against James John Bussman of Elsmere are in Pendleton County, but he was accused of the same thing in 2019 involving another victim in Boone County. Bussman rose to the rank of captain over two decades in Ft. Mitchell's police department. He was also an officer and assistant chief in Falmouth.
