Welcome! This is the Full Barre Part 1 video with Miss Kyla! We are trying to keep you guys as active as possible during this extended break. Hi Dancers! This is a full barre for you to follow along with. I encourage you to think of all the things we talk about in class. How to find your turnout, how to articulate your feet, your posture, arm positions, and of course the crown we all wear. Hold it high, and enjoy your movement. This is shared in two parts, so you can take your time in your exploration, in yoga this is called self study. Such an excellent and beautiful practice.These exercises are multilevel. so beginners can simplify them, and more advanced dancers can work them.
