Here's a simple recipe to prepare this dish: Ingredients: For the curry: 4-6 eggs (boiled and peeled) 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (palak) 2 medium onions (finely chopped) 2 medium tomatoes (pureed) 1 green chili (optional, chopped) 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder Salt, to taste 2 tablespoons oil or ghee Fresh coriander leaves (for garnishing) For the boiled eggs: 4-6 eggs Salt, to taste Water (for boiling) Instructions: Step 1: Boiling the Eggs Place the eggs in a saucepan and add enough water to submerge them. Add a pinch of salt to the water and bring it to a boil. Once the water starts boiling, reduce the heat to medium and let the eggs cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove the eggs from hot water, let them cool, and peel them. Set aside. Step 2: Preparing the Palak (Spinach) Puree Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt. Boil the spinach leaves in water for 2-3 minutes or until they wilt. Drain the spinach and immediately transfer it to cold water to preserve the green color. Once cooled, blend the spinach into a smooth puree. Set aside. Step 3: Cooking the Curry Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chili (if using), and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
