The Philadelphia Police Department's Southwest Detectives Division is looking to identify the suspects who robbed a Cricket Wireless store in Overbrook. On January 16, 2014, at 7:00 pm, employees of a Cricket Wireless Store located at 5610 Lancaster Avenue were working inside when two unknown males entered the store just prior to closing. Suspect #1 approached the counter and pulled out a handgun demanding money from the cash register while suspect #2 went behind the counter and removed an undetermined amount of money from the register. After taking the money from the cash register as well as cell phones from the employees both offenders fled the store on foot and entered a black vehicle and left the area in an unknown direction. Suspect Description: Suspect #1: Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5'8″, thin build, short hair, goatee, medium complected, small tattoo on right side of his face, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with two thin white stripes on the sleeves, dark colored pants, and red or orange Converse style sneakers. Suspect #2: Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5′", medium build, short black hair, medium brown complexion, wearing a blue puffy vest, dark colored pants, and black shoes.
