MANIPUR BY-ELECTION LIKELY WITH BIHAR POLLS

Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh said that every misunderstanding within the party has been settled and BJP is all set to fight for the by-election. Biren said that the by-election for vacant assembly constituencies after the resignation of MLAs will be held along with Bihar election.
