First Anniversary Of The Grand Coalition

This week marks the first anniversary of the signing of the national accord on February 28th. Parliament is a key institution in the implementation of the accord but a critical look shows mixed results in its performance. Though it has failed to enact key legislations at least six pieces of legislation related to the national accord have been passed.
