UN says over 3M refugees have fled Ukraine since attacks began

The United Nations says more than 3 million people have fled Ukraine since the Russian incursion began. And about 1.8 million of those refugees have arrived in Poland. Some 300-thousand others have moved on to Western Europe. As more people flee cities under attack by Russian forces, the UN says one child is becoming a refugee every second, in Ukraine.
