KEEP IT SIMPLE! 2-3 lbs chicken (cut to serving size or leave as is; legs, thighs, wings) 3 tbsp garlic (minced - more the better) 1 tbsp whole peppercorn 2-3 bayleaves (laurel leaves) 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 vinegar (more or less to taste) 2-3 thai peppers (OPTIONAL) Cook, serve, and eat!
