LOCKDOWN 2.0 SERIES from #GetParkFit Here is workout #5 for you from my Lockdown 2.0 Series. Although a shorter workout, it's still a GREAT one for building muscle and getting sweaty! Please remember to exercise safely. If you are unsure please gain clearance from your GP before partaking in any physical activity. Please stay hydrated throughout. Please stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort. This is a BODYWEIGHT workout that is LOW IMPACT so no crazy jumping round or Burpees! Grab a weight if you wish to add some resistance. Be sure to grab some water and ensure there is enough space to exercise and wear loose comfortable clothing. Today’s workout is a 24 minute interval workout. That’s 30 seconds of exercise with just 10 seconds of rest. APOLOGIES: In the video I start by saying its 15 seconds rest but I meant 10 seconds rest - Oops.
