The Witcher #48 - Lock and Key

After coming home totally hammerd, we take on the last vestiges of salamandra and in the process make more than one curios discovery. You thought you were only gonna see indie games here? WRONG! Saddle your horse and ride with me through this fantastically dark fantasy land. The Witcher (Polish: Wiedźmin [ˈvjɛd͡ʑmin]) is an action role-playing hack and slash video game developed by CD Projekt RED and published by Atari, Inc. The game is based on the book series of the same name by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. The Witcher takes place in a medieval fantasy world and follows the story of Geralt, one of a few remaining "witchers" -- traveling monster hunters for hire, gifted with unnatural powers. (On a side note: I'd like to play more games like this. Unfortunately my gaming rig is an old geezer by now and tho it is performing its duty admirable even "The Witcher" is taxing my old boy to his limits. But stay with me I am saving every penny I can, and as soon as I have the money together....) So get your sword... the iron one... OH AND the silver one, and follow Geralt on his Quest!
