It was released on December 12, 2022 for Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, in addition to a day-one release on the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. High on Life is an action-adventure metroidvania first-person shooter video game. The player has access to four distinct guns and a knife, and they can purchase additional movement abilities, such as a dash and a forward slide in the in-game store.
