You can install Google apps like YouTube, Gmail, Google Maps, Google Drive, and more directly from AppGallery. Just install microG Service and microG Companion, and various Google apps can be installed and used directly on this tablet. Besides AppGallery, various apps can also be installed directly from official APKs or third-party app stores like Aurora Store. You can also access the Google Play Store through Gbox virtualization and install apps from there. You can even ask a Huawei staff member in the store to set up your device when you buy it. So, you're free to install apps however you like. I personally prefer to install native apps directly from AppGallery and Aurora Store directly onto the tablet, without using Gbox.
