More than 2,500 people in Spain have died amid the coronavirus pandemic. There are 39,673 cases in Spain, making it Europe's second-worst affected country after Italy. Spain is also extending it's two-week state of emergency that was implemented on March 14, which means the lockdown will last for at least one month.
