30 Minute LOSE WEIGHT FAST WORKOUT - NO REPEATS - At Home - DUMBBELL WORKOUT FOR WEIGHT LOSS

This workout will not only burn 200 - 300 calories, it's also designed to tone your body too. There's 3 types of exercises involved to maximise your workout and give you amazing results. We have BODY WEIGHT, WEIGHTED AND CARDIO exercises, no repeats and there's modifications if required. We'll be working for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest, I'll be using 3kg dumbbells for the weighted exercises.
