1998 Ford Escort ZX2 with Magnaflow Muffler

This is my trusty old Ford Escort ZX2. I have owned it for 16 years and it has 269,000 miles on it and is still going strong! Here are the simple mods that I have done which have given it a big boost in power and sound. -K&N Air Filter -Nology Silver Spark Plug wires -Denso Iridium Power Spark Plugs -Straight through exhaust pipe from engine to muffler, no resonator. -Muffler is the Magnaflow 6" round performance model 12615. It is 14" long with 2 1/4" input and output. It has a nice low growly sound when you get on the throttle, but when driving at speed it does not drone.
