You’ll use a mix of dumbbells and a resistance band to challenge stability, control, and coordination. ✔️ 45s work / 15s rest ✔️ Full body focus ✔️ Dumbbells + resistance band ✔️ Runner-specific strength Lift with control, adjust the weight if needed, and take extra rest when required. Make sure you’ve fueled beforehand, stay hydrated, and refuel after.
