What's up y'all! It's that time of year! Opol here, bringing you my Top 30 Strongest One Piece characters list! For some quick rules: 1. Only alive characters count 2. I personally did mine feat-based (so no, I did not put Dragon, but if I did he would be 2) 3. Characters with currently unknown statuses DO NOT count 4.
