1HDFT engine timing failure

Mark brought his 1hdft engine in for a fuel noise. Whilst in there we found something a little more sinister. When the previous mechanic fitted the timing kit they didn't replace the idler bolt which was worn, this is common on 1hz,1hdft, and 1hdfte engines with the hydraulic tensioner. The end result was a timing belt kit needing to be redone due to early deterioration from the poor fitment.
