Caltrans deploys new chain control campers

Caltrans is deploying four new campers for chain control operations to help drivers along highways 88, 4 and 108. During snow storms, the campers will provide highly visible stations that drivers can use to put chains on their vehicles. The campers also increase safety for Caltrans employees.
