Radish Kimchi Fried Rice | 깍두기 볶음밥

Radish Kimchi Fried Rice is one of my favorite comfort foods and it makes me happy just to have a bowl of kimchi friend rice. It is also my go to menu when I don’t want to cook but also don’t want to go out. It is simple to make but filled with texture and flavor. I usually make a lot at once and store the leftovers in the refrigerator. I even serve this rice with steak or fish to entertain guests and I have always received good feedback. Happy cooking and happier eating!! ✔️Ingredients 1 cup radish kimchi, washed and chopped 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 6 slices of bacon, cut into small pieces 2 sheets of seaweed, broken into pieces Eggs, fried sunny side up or to personal preference 2 bowls or cold rice ✔️Sauce 2 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce or Jangjorim soy sauce (refer to previous video) 1 tablespoon sesame oil Cooking oil Pepper to taste ✔️Recipe 1. In a large frying pan, heat the cooking oil. Add the chopped green onions and cook for two minutes until the onion turns color. 2. Add the bacon and chopped radish kimchi. Let it cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and then add the rice. 3. Once the rice is well blended, then turn the heat on at medium high and toss until most of the liquid is gone. 4. Then add the sesame oil and seaweed pieces. You can add fried eggs depending on your personal preference.
