Click on the Insert menu at the top. 3. Choose Checkbox (also called Tick Box). 4. Check boxes will appear in the selected cells and can be clicked to check or uncheck. Changing the Color of Check boxes: 1. Select the cells with the check boxes. 2. Click on the Text color button in the toolbar. 3. Choose the color you want for the checkbox.
