This is Simone's twist on the classic Golden Apple cocktail, with the addition of an edible toffee stirrer that you can use to mix the drink and nibble on. Build the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice - Bacardi Gold rum, clear apple juice and ginger ale - then garnish with a lime wheel and your homemade toffee stirrer.
