So satisfying and addictive. 📝 Ingredients: For the balls: 2 ¼ cup almond flour ½ cup mashed banana ¼ cup almond or other nut butter of choice 2 tbsp honey ½ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp chocolate chips For coating (optional): 1 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon ⏱️ Directions: 1. Add almond flour, banana, nut butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to a food processor. 2. Blend until a thick, sticky dough forms. 3. Fold in the chocolate chips. 4. Scoop out small amounts and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands. 5. If desired, roll the balls in a mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon for coating. 6. Place them on a tray and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up. 7.
