Tropical weather forecast: September 15, 2019

FOX 13 Meteorologist Brittany Rainey says Tropical Storm Humberto is moving away from the Bahamas and is expected to strengthen, though it will not threaten the east coast. The National Hurricane Center is monitoring another system out in the Atlantic, which has a 70% chance of development in the next five days.
