Japan and America received the game in October 2010. At that time, approximately 2.04 million people worldwide were interested in the title and bought it for their Nintendo Wii consoles. The game shines thanks to the new developers from the studio "Good Feel" and its unique yarn-like graphic style, but disappoints fans with its low difficulty and the fact that it isn't a "true" spin-off of the Kirby series. How will we see it in the end? Story: Dream Land is a quiet, idyllic place...normally! Recently, rumors have it that an evil wizard named "Grim Yarn" is wreaking havoc here, turning all the inhabitants into yarn. Kirby actually encounters him by chance while out for a walk, which ends badly for him. Due to a magical and strange situation with the wizard, Kirby is sucked into the sock that Grimm Yarn is wearing around his neck. This teleports him to a woolly world called "Stoffland." He encounters strange characters, but also notices that he himself is capable of transformations, allowing him to change his appearance and abilities. As a car, for example, he's much faster! He certainly likes that... A little later, Kirby encounters a kind of spitting image of himself: a small, blue Kirby who answers to the name "Prince Plush." First, Kirby rescues him from a difficult situation, then the two escape to "Feltings," and finally, Prince Plush explains to Kirby what might have happened to him and how he can get back to his world. But first, Kirby must help the prince and his world, because Fabricland has been severely damaged by Grimm Yarn. To be precise, it's been torn into seven pieces!
