How the return of the Flood will bring back Mendicant Bias and the Didact

It's been waaaaay too long since we last talked Flood theories, so here's a new, and fairly plausible one in my opinion! With the return of the Flood in Awakening the Nightmare, set ON THE ARK, the possibility of Mendicant Bias' return, along with the Didact's too, is actually quite high, at least in my opinion. It really seems to click all too well in my mind, but let me know your thoughts on it!
