Recipe: Ingredients Cake Base: Egg — 1 Sugar — 6 tbsp Vanilla extract — ½ tsp Oil — 100 ml (6 tbsp) Milk — ¼ cup All-purpose flour — 5 tbsp Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp Baking powder — 1 tsp Salt — 2–3 pinches Cream Cheese Layer: Cream cheese — 150 g Condensed milk — 2–3 tbsp Icing sugar — 3–4 tbsp Vanilla extract — ½ tsp Whipping cream — ¾ cup Chocolate Ganache: Chocolate chips — ½ cup Whipping cream — ⅓ cup Coco Pops Topping: Chocolate — 2 tbsp Whipping cream — 2 tbsp Cocoa powder — for coating Coco Pops — as needed 🧑‍🍳 Method 1. Make the Cake Base Whisk together 1 egg, 6 tbsp sugar, and ½ tsp vanilla extract until light and creamy. Add 100 ml oil and ¼ cup milk, and mix well. Sift in 5 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth. Grease your baking dish and pour in the batter. Bake at 170°C for 20–25 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean. Let it cool completely. 2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture In a bowl, beat 150 g cream cheese until smooth. Add 2–3 tbsp condensed milk, 3–4 tbsp icing sugar, and ½ tsp vanilla extract. Pour in ¾ cup whipping cream and beat until thick and fluffy. Spread evenly over the cooled cake, smooth the surface, and freeze for 15 minutes. 3. Chocolate Ganache Layer Microwave ½ cup chocolate chips and ⅓ cup whipping cream for 40 seconds. Stir until smooth and glossy, then spread over the cream cheese layer. Freeze for 10 minutes. 4. Coco Pops Coating Heat 2 tbsp chocolate with 2 tbsp whipping cream and mix until smooth.
